Zeiler Construction, Inc. did the remodeling of my bathroom and laid the tile on my kitchen floor.  This is the first experience I have had with remodeling projects as a home owner, and Peter made the process smooth and pleasant for me.  My bathroom is beautiful and I have had lots of complements on the marble work Peter did.  Even with the little unexpected bumps we ran into, like the termite damage that was found in the bathroom wall, Peter was extremely helpful, professional and the project was completed within the time frame I needed.  Zeiler Construction, Inc. is my contractor of choice for all my construction projects in the future. Peter worked on a few projects at our house, including: installation of recessed lighting in our living room, installation of two toilets (which included advising us about various products), and repair of mechanical/plumbing issue in our kitchen (flooding due to garbage disposal malfunction). I'd also like to note, even though these reviews are supposed to be first hand, that he completely remodeled my friends' bathroom and it looks amazing (we retained him based, in part, on their experience).

Peter is reliable, honest, punctual, thorough, reasonably priced, etc. Additionally, one thing that really impressed us was that we asked him about renovating our attic which would have been a very large (and lucrative) project, but he advised against it since we had told him that we're planning to move in a few years (he said it wouldn't be a good investment). We appreciated his honesty - many other contractors would have taken the work and not given that advice. We are very pleased with the work he did and will definitely use him again in the future. In fact, as we consider getting a house that would need some remodeling, we take comfort in knowing that we have a great contractor who could handle any task (and not gouge us in the process!).
